Jointless DUCON-Overlays up to 15.000m2 have been executed as DucoPlan (30mm) and DUCON55 (55mm) in several car factories. DucoPlan is a 30mm thin impervious topping of existing and damaged floor slabs, which realizes heavy-duty industrial flooring. DUCON55 is a 55mm thin impervious overlay with a german code approval, which also provides load bearing functions such as slab strengthening of existing structures.
The overlay carries loads of the production machines, bridges expansions joints and functions a impervious topping.
