For the use of DUCON® , a separate design method has been developed that is comparable with the kD tables for reinforced concrete construction. The design approach is simplified according to a fracture safety check via the strain levels. The basis of the fracture safety analysis are bilinear stress-strain lines, both in the compression and in the tension zone of the component.
