The installation in Munich is in full swing. The only 3 cm thin large-sized facade panels made up of white architecture concrete will contribute to the unique impression of the new shopping quartier Schwanthalerhöhe. The new shopping destination is located in the immediate vicinity of the world-famous Theresienwiese and is composed of one furniture store, which has been vacant for some time, and a directly adjoining local supply center that is being realized. The local supply center of the Bayerische Hausbau and the shopping quartier of the Hanseatic Support and Investment Company (HBB) will in future act together under the name Forum Schwanthalerhöhe.
The new shopping quartier with an investment volume of approximately 220 million EUR is scheduled to open in fall of 2018. More information can be found here.
